The coordinators will sit down with you and your fiancé and discuss what you envision for your special day. Hourly Consultations
The Hourly Consultation is designed for the Bride and Groom who would like to plan their own wedding but require assistance in certain aspects of the wedding planning.
Hourly Consultations may include:

- Budget Management
- Wedding Timelines
- Cultural Traditions

Consultation Fees
$150.00 - for the first hour
$50.00 - for every hour thereafter
*Fees due at the beginning of the consultation.
Day of/Month of Coordination
The day of/Month of Coordination is designed for those couples who have planned their perfect day, and would like someone to finalize all the last details. From the time the Bride and Groom starts getting ready, till the time the perfect night ends; The Peace of Mind Event Planning Coordinators will be there to assist you every step of the way.
We will meet with you a month before your special day and review all the vendor contracts that have been signed, as well as discuss all the plans that have been made. The coordinators will gain a real understating of your vision for your day and will execute your vision flawlessly and with less stress on you.
The Coordinators will help orchestrate the rehearsal and assist the wedding party with what is expected of them during the wedding. We will assist the Bride and Groom along with the wedding party in getting ready and staying within the timeline. We will make sure that all vendors are on schedule the day of the wedding, and also ensure that the venue setup is exactly the way the Bride and Groom had envisioned. In addition, the coordinators of Peace of Mind Event Planning will handle any issues or problems that may arise throughout the day, so that you can have a stress free and memorable event.
Full Wedding Coordination
Full Wedding Coordination is designed for those couples who lead busy lives and would like someone to assist them in planning their entire wedding. The Peace of Mind Event Planning Coordinators will work with you at every stage of the planning process. We will recommend and assist in the selection of vendors and attend all appointments. We will prepare and maintain a full wedding schedule and assist in managing your budget. Creative ideas will be given in decor and theme design that will reflect on your personality and uniqueness as a couple. Furthermore, we will help you in creating a flawless and timeless event that you and your guests can enjoy for years to come.
